Standard Instrument Local Environmental Plan (LEP) - Acid Sulphate Soils (ASS) 01/12/2006-14/03/2014 for NSW

This data identifies land that may be subject to acid sulphate soils. The Local Environment Plan (LEP) restricts the kinds of uses for which development consent may be granted on this land. Development on land identified in this way is subject to an Additional Local Provision which can be found in Part 6 or Part 7 of the LEP. Please refer to each LGA's LEP documentation for specific clause and amendment definitions.
