PHIDU - Early Childhood Development - Australian Early Development Census (PHA) 2015

This dataset, released December 2016, contains statistics on the Developmentally vulnerable on one or more domains, 2015; Developmentally vulnerable on two or more domains, 2015; Physical health and wellbeing domain - developmentally vulnerable/ at risk/ on track, 2015; Social competence domain - developmentally vulnerable/ at risk/ on track, 2015 ; Emotional maturity domain - developmentally vulnerable/ at risk/ on track, 2015; Language and cognitive (school based) domain - developmentally vulnerable/ at risk/ on track, 2015; Communication skills and general knowledge domain - developmentally vulnerable/ at risk/ on track, 2015. The data is by Population Health Area (PHA) 2016 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS). Population Health Areas: http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview, developed by PHIDU, are comprised of a combination of whole SA2s and multiple (aggregates of) SA2s, where the SA2 is an area in the ABS structure.
