UNSW CFRC - Housing Intensification Sydney (second component) (SA1) 2011

This layer shows the second component of housing intensification for Sydney 2011. SPSS was used to run the factor analysis. Raw data was downloaded from ABS SA1 2011.Factor 2 is dominated by the economically engaged.This group is dominated by high income households (above AU$1400 per week) who are full-time employed and are engaged in professional and managerial occupations. Residents are either from North West Europe and Americas or are locals from Australia and New Zealand with some migrants from Sub Saharan Africa. They are largely middle-aged and elderly group (35-64) own their apartment outright and are family households without children.
