UNSW CFRC - Housing Intensification Sydney (fourth component) (SA1) 2011

This layer shows the fourth component of housing intensification for Sydney 2011. SPSS was used to run the factor analysis. Raw data was downloaded from ABS SA1 2011.Factor 4 is dominated by low-income families (residentially retired). This group is dominant by low-income households (less than AU$800 per week). This group is mostly dominated by elderly over 65 years old who are not currently economically active (not in the labour force) and are lone-person households living in public houses. They are mostly migrated more than 70 years ago (1895-1980) from South Eastern Europe.
