VIC DELWP - Vicmap Transport - Bicycle Bridges (Points)

This dataset presents the location of point features representing Victoria's bicycle bridges.

Vicmap is the foundation that underlies most spatial information in Victoria. This portfolio of spatial related authoritative data products, made up from individual datasets, is developed and managed by the Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning (DELWP). Vicmap Transport provides an accurate representation of Victoria’s statewide road, rail and airport assets. It is used in a variety of applications, particularly in emergency services, route management, logistics planning and development.

Please note:

  • The data scale ranges from 1:2,500 to 1:25,000.
  • The linework and points were derived from the Vicmap Digital Topographic (VDT) map base coordinated by Information Services Branch (ISB) and its predecessors. Road network was updated using aerial photography and satellite imagery. In built-up areas such as large rural townships, the road centreline derived from Vicmap Digital Property was used.
