Description

This dataset presents a summary of notified cases of Influenza in Victoria by age group. The data spans the years of 2009-2012 and is aggregated by Local Government Area (LGA) from the 2011 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).

The report contains data related to notifications processed by the Department of Health up to the close of business on the dates specified. Notifications are counted in the Victorian dataset if the postcode of residence of the case is in Victoria.

  • Year to date "YTD" are for the period 01 January to 13 November.
