Description

This sample dataset of the Restricted APM Point Level dataset describes for rent listings within the Footscray Statistical Area Level 2 (SA2) defined by the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS). It comprises 1100 random events taken from the year period of 2018. It presents the data as an individual point location for each instance the property has been advertised as for rent.

Please note:

  • Unit and Street numbers have not been included in Addresses to retain data anonymity.

  • AdvertLinkExternalID can be used to see the listing (where available) on domain.com.au in a format such as: www.domain.com.au/[AdvertLinkExternalID]

  • The Footscray SA2 is identified using the SA2 Main Code: "213031348"
