Description

This dataset describes listings of properties sold in Western Australia (WA) for the period of 2019-01-01 to 2024-06-30. It presents the data as an individual point location for each instance the property has been successfully sold.

AdvertLinkExternalID can be used to see the listing (where available) on domain.com.au in a format such as: www.domain.com.au/[AdvertLinkExternalID]

Please note as the data is collected as submitted listings there may be revisions made in the data. Revisions made are substantially made in the first 3-months of an event, although, may occur up-to 12-months in the future. On average, the latest 3 months would only represent 30% of actual total sales.
