Description

This dataset describes listings of properties for sale in Tasmania (TAS) for the period of 2019-01-01 to 2024-06-30. It presents the data as an individual point location for each instance the property has been advertised as for sale.

AdvertLinkExternalID can be used to see the listing (where available) on domain.com.au in a format such as: www.domain.com.au/[AdvertLinkExternalID]

Please note as the data is collected as submitted listings there may be revisions made in the data. Revisions made are substantially made in the first 3-months of an event, although, may occur up-to 12-months in the future. On average, the latest 3 months would only represent 30% of actual total sales.
