Description

This dataset presents national surface hydrological in-land waterbodies in Australia as polygons which describe the area of the body of water at the 1:250,000 scale. This includes the following feature types:

  • Aquaculture Area

  • Canal Area

  • Estuary

  • Farm Dam Area

  • Flood Irrigation Storage

  • Foreshore Flat

  • Lake

  • Land Subject to Inundation

  • Saline Coastal Flat

  • Swamp

  • Watercourse Area
