APM - Timeseries Property Data (STE) March 2018 - May 2024

Description

This dataset describes for sale, for rent listings and sold property data across Australia for the period March 2018 - May 2024. Each data point represents an aggregation of 12 months' worth of data and is reported monthly. It presents the aggregated data for each State and Territory within Australia. The data can be spatially represented following the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS) 2016 State and Territory (STE) boundaries.

For Sale/For Rent listings are available from 2003 for all states. APM sold data are available from: NSW, SA, QLD, ACT, WA since 1993, auction results in Sydney since 1989, VIC since 1985, NT since 1998 and TAS since 2003.
